By accessing or using any part of DialFit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
Accepting these terms.
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of DialFit (dialfit.in), including all tools, calculators, health quizzes, content, and services available on the platform. DialFit is operated as a sole proprietorship by an individual based in New Delhi, India.
By visiting, using, or interacting with any part of DialFit — including its free health tools, the Talk to an Expert service, and the Get in Touch form — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations of India.
DialFit is intended for use by persons who are 18 years of age or older. By using this platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you must not use DialFit without the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
What DialFit is.
DialFit is a free digital health information platform. It provides general health tools, calculators, risk checkers, and nutritional guidance for educational purposes only. It is not a medical practice, hospital, clinic, diagnostic service, or telemedicine platform.
The volunteer health professionals who contribute to DialFit — including those who respond to consultation requests through the Talk to an Expert service — act in a personal, non-clinical capacity. They are not employees, agents, or contractors of DialFit. Their guidance is informational and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

How you must use DialFit.
By using DialFit, you agree to the following conditions of use:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on DialFit. Violation may result in immediate restriction of access and, where applicable, legal action:
Ownership of DialFit's content.
All content on DialFit — including but not limited to its tools, calculators, health quizzes, written content, design, code, branding, and visual elements — is the intellectual property of DialFit and its founder, unless otherwise stated.
The scientific formulas and clinical guidelines used in DialFit's tools are sourced from peer-reviewed research and public domain sources, as cited in each tool's data sources section. DialFit's implementation, presentation, and interface design are original works protected under applicable Indian intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use DialFit for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any DialFit content.
If you wish to reference, cite, or link to DialFit's tools in an educational, journalistic, or research context, you are welcome to do so with appropriate attribution. For commercial use enquiries, please contact us.
Our right to restrict access.
DialFit reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to restrict, suspend, or permanently block access to the platform for any user or IP address that:
DialFit also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without liability. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes in advance.
User accounts — coming later.
DialFit does not currently offer user accounts. All tools are accessible without registration. In the future, DialFit may introduce optional user accounts to enable personalised features such as saved results and health history tracking.
If and when user accounts are introduced, additional terms governing account creation, security, and data handling will be published and will form part of these Terms of Use. Users will be notified of any such changes.
Our liability to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DialFit and its founder shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
These limitations apply regardless of the form of action — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — and even if DialFit has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This is consistent with the liability protections available to intermediary platforms under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
Legal framework.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of DialFit shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
DialFit reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of DialFit after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms of Use.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
